How I work before the client
arrives

When a client comes to Tenerife
On
your arrival to Tenerife, we´ll meet and chat over a coffee on your
latest needs regarding property here. Not everyone has the same needs,
and even if we have talked before, you may find that your possibilities
or likes have changed (e.g. due to exchange rate fluctuations)
- Client is presented with a list of the 5 most appropriate properties

All arrangements for property viewing will be made in advance

If you don´t know Tenerife, I will show you the different areas
and will describe to you the differences between them.
- You
will never be picked before 10:00 in the morning. Best times is 10:30
- Whenever
possible, you are shown only 2 properties in a day
Once we
have seen the best options available, we´ll have a second brief, reviewing
the properties we have seen. Most clients have already decided on a preferred
property by this time. I´ll also take care at this time of arranging
second viewings if necessary,
in order to see again the chosen property.
Next Step: administration
- Opening a bank account
- Explaining
in detail to the client the process to follow
- Advising
on the transfer of funds from your country
- I
meet you again at the date of signing the Escritura.
After the client leaves Tenerife
- Liaison on behalf of the client with the seller,
the estate agent, the solicitor and any other parties involved in the
transaction
- Arranging
best appointments dates with notary and client,
for the signing of the Escritura
- Keeping
the client informed of progress at all times

As part of my services, I do not.
I specialize in only one thing: finding the right property for my clients.

these things for you, either here in Tenerife or through associates overseas.
